Email us as soon as you wish to cancel, with your order number. Orders can be cancelled without a cancellation fee before dispatch. If payment has been collected, an accepted pre-dispatch cancellation will be refunded.
Once dispatched, a parcel may not be stoppable. We will explain the available options under our Refund & Return Policy. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and arrange a refund of any amount collected for the cancelled order.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
