How to use

Prepare soft dough, divide into small portions and lightly dust the dough and a stable, food-preparation surface with flour. Centre the press over a portion and press evenly. Lift, check the thickness and rotate or finish with a rolling pin if needed. Cook separately according to your recipe.

Care & safe use

Wash before first use with mild dishwashing liquid and a soft sponge. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Keep fingers away from the pressing edge and use on a stable, non-slip surface. Do not heat the tool or place it on a stove. Keep out of reach of children.
